Boarding Your Horse

Whether your horse is in training for a show or green-breaking, we can provide your horse with comfortable boarding facilities.

Boarding includes the following:

• stall
• hay and grain, and watering twice a day **
• cleaning the stall (6 days a week, Monday - Saturday)
• turn out, if desired

Boarding with Training

In addition to all boarding services listed above, boarding and training also includes grooming and training for the horse, and 1 riding lesson a week (if possible). For more information on training programs available at Meadow Wood Stables, read on....

** If your horse has special dietary needs, we can ensure that your horse receives the appropriate amounts of grain and supplements. You would need to supply the specialty grains, and let us know frequency and quantity to feed.

Boarders have the following amenities at their disposal:

• tack room
• wash areas with cross-ties
• lounge areas
• riding trails
• lighted outdoor riding ring
• indoor riding facilities
• indoor and outdoor round pens

Required Vaccines

Before boarding, please ensure that your horse receives the following injections:

• Coggins
• Rhinovirus
• Equine Encephalitis
• Strangles
• West Nile Virus (recommended, not required)

Facilities
